Board President Pamela B. Smith (photo) recently presented recognition awards to students who achieved a perfect score on the 2012 Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR) Program Assessments in English/Language Arts and Mathematics.
In 2012, 621 District students scored 600 in Math and 52 scored 600 in ELA on the CST, CMA, or STS. Seventeen students scored 600 in both subjects. Three students scored 60 in Math and five students scored 60 in ELA on the CAPA. One student scored 60 in both subjects. The following chart reflects the names of students who were recognized by the Board for perfect scores in both subjects.
