General Election: November 6, 2012

Regardless of where you stand on the issues, please remember to go to the polls on November 6, 2012. The election has profound implications for education in California. Locally, the Board of Education is asking voters to consider a $90 million general obligation bond (Proposition E) for 31 of our 44 schools—campuses that are not already in a Mello-Roos community. Because there is no impact (or benefit) to property owners in the Mello-Roos community, only residents in the non-Mello-Roos portion of the District will be able to vote on Proposition E. We encourage you to research each proposition on the ballot and make an informed decision. For more information about Proposition E, click on Frequently Asked Questions.
